Know what needs agreement.

These notes explain how to begin a conversation and which matters need a project-specific agreement. The written engagement determines the paid scope, fees and responsibilities.

Initial enquiries

Send a short description and an appropriate contact address. Avoid passwords, identity documents, customer lists and confidential records. If sensitive examples are needed later, agree a suitable exchange first. An enquiry does not reserve capacity or create a service commitment.

Information and publication

Tell us who owns the supplied content and who can approve its use. Personal information, retention, access and publication require decisions appropriate to the actual business. A technical example does not establish a lawful basis or replace qualified advice.

Language and professional review

Our detailed service pages and articles are in English. The Estonian introduction does not promise that every document or project conversation is available in Estonian. Translation, legal, tax, accessibility and other specialist review are arranged according to the engagement; we do not claim professional approval we have not obtained.

Support and third parties

Availability, supplier responsibilities and later maintenance are agreed in writing. No general page promises emergency attendance, continuous local support, a guaranteed recovery time or access to an outside provider.

Website measurement

This website uses Google Analytics and Faith Forge Labs' Matomo measurement to understand visits and use of links and forms. Avoid placing personal or confidential information in a page address. Measurement implementation does not establish an enquiry response, a business outcome or a guarantee of future results.
