Accessibility and usability improvements

A visitor fills in an enquiry, corrects an error and then cannot reach the final action with a keyboard. A clearer-looking page has not made that task usable. Our accessibility and usability work can begin with this observable barrier and follow the whole journey through correction and acknowledgment.

Show the point where progress stops

Choose a public service enquiry and demonstration details. Read the offer, follow its links, enter the information and make a deliberate mistake. Observe the focus position, error explanation and route back to the affected field. Include any outside booking step or document that a person actually needs to finish the task.

A focused paid review identifies the tested journey, concrete barriers and prioritised repairs. Implementation and retesting can form the next agreed scope. Automated checks may help find issues, but they do not replace following the task.

Keep the correction usable

A repaired form should explain what needs attention and preserve appropriate entered information. After the change, repeat the original keyboard path, the error and the final action. Check nearby behavior with enlarged text and a narrow display where included. Moving the difficulty to the next screen is not a completed improvement.

Agree the evidence needed beyond this task

TTJA publishes guidance on service accessibility in Estonia. The actual organisation and service determine applicability questions, with qualified advice where needed. We distinguish a limited walkthrough from specialist evaluation, participation by people with relevant access needs and a broader assessment; none should inherit another's conclusion.

Bring the task people cannot finish and available feedback. The proposal will name the pages, methods, repairs and retest limits. The keyboard service review illustrates a practical starting exercise without claiming whole-site certification.

Frame the Estonia service question.

TTJA publishes guidance on digital accessibility of services. We use the actual journey and organisation to frame questions for appropriate review, then agree which practical barriers the engagement will investigate.
