A request is approved, then someone notices a mistake. The existing system allows unrestricted editing or no correction at all. We develop focused applications that let a team repair the record while making consequential changes understandable to the next person.

Separate a harmless edit from a changed agreement

For a fictional Estonia-connected service, compare a contact spelling correction, an internal note and a changed approved specification. The business decides who may make each change and which requires renewed review. An application should not carry an earlier approval onto a materially different request simply because the same screen was used.

The first paid scope can follow one request from submission to approval and through an agreed correction. It may include the current summary, proposed change, review state and information the receiving team needs. A larger case-management system is a later decision.

Make two colleagues' work coexist

Have one demonstration user prepare a specification correction while another changes an ordinary contact field. Decide which edits can coexist and when someone must inspect a newer version. Silently saving the last screen can discard useful work; blocking every harmless correction can make the tool equally difficult to use.

Existing software may already provide the needed states and review controls. We inspect those capabilities before proposing custom development or a smaller configuration change.

Follow the corrected version downstream

Acceptance asks a colleague to identify the current approved specification, see whether another decision is pending and understand what was already sent to a connected tool. Hosting, access administration, recovery and required specialist review are agreed for the engagement.
